Jovem ganhou 300 mil seguidores no Instagram por ter o “rabo perfeito”

A jovem percebeu que a procura por dicas de treino e estilo de vida saudável na sua conta de Instagram eram imensas e foi aí que viu uma oportunidade de mudar de vida.

Aos 26 anos, Zoe Anderson mudou-se de Paris para Los Angeles para trabalhar numa start up e nesta nova cidade apercebeu-se que as pessoas ligavam mais à forma física e decidiu ambientar-se e mudar o seu estilo de vida.

Logo após o Natal de 2016 adotou uma dieta saudável e a prática de exercício físico o que fez despertar novos interesses.

Começou a partilhar um pouco do seu dia a dia e como estava a fazer para manter a sua boa forma e conseguiu angariar cerca de 315 mil seguidores e que este boom permitiu-lhe deixar o seu emprego para se dedicar à produção de conteúdos no Instagram.

Complete BOOTY workout 🍑 beginner & advanced versions Wearing @vqfit / @vqfitwomen Because I don’t want to leave anyone out 🙊 I’m showing you an easier and harder version 🤗 that way, there’s no excuse for not doing it 😁 1. Easy: side lunges / harder: foot elevated squat – 3 sets of 15 reps each leg 2. Easy: static lunges / harder: Bulgarian split squats – 3 sets of 15 reps each leg 3. Easy: fire hydrants / harder: weighted side clamshells (use any heavy book or weight you have) – 3 sets of 20 reps each leg 4. You asked for a dumbbell workout so here it is 😁 using two 3kgs dumbbells (feel free to use heavier/lighter) Wearing @vqfit / @vqfitwomen 1. Reverse lunges with 3 pulses, 10 reps each leg 👉🏽 when doing lunges, I like to slightly lean my upper body forward and take a step that’s not too big 2. Single leg deadlifts, 12 reps each leg 👉🏽 if you struggle with balance, keep your back foot slightly rested on the ground 3. Front squats with 3 pulses, 15 reps 👉🏽 try different feet placements (wider/narrower stance, feet more or less pointed outwards) until you figure out which one allows you to feel it more in your glutes 4. Single leg glute bridge, 12 reps each leg 👉🏽 use more than 1 dumbbell if you want to but I’d say make sure you have the form right before you start adding weight 5.
